2 Day Detox Plus Waste Loss Results

My body was screaming detox and I answered! I did the 2 Day Arden’s Garden Detox.
This is not my first rodeo with the Arden’s Garden 2 Day Detox. I’ve started and successfully completed this detox on several other occasions. Each time was just as hard as the first. It’s a brand new struggle every detox, but it is worth it!
Typically, I detox when my body tells me I need to do so which may happen about twice a year. I actually should detox more often than I do, at least once a quarter for five days a more.
Signs that I need to detox may show up like: stubborn weight, unusual bowel movements, brain fog, or feeling sluggish. In just two days consuming the Arden’s Garden Detox, it allowed my body to rest from digesting food and replenish itself to some degree.
Post detox, I felt more discipline in my food, less brain fog, a bit less sluggish. To top it off, my body released over four pounds of waste.
