Oh what fun it is to deck the halls!

Inspired by all of the cool floating Christmas boxes I’ve seen going around on social media, I just had to give a stab at it! I knew I had most if not all the things I needed right at home, or I knew I could count on grabbing them from the store.

Once I made up my mind to go for it, I started strategizing on the easiest way I could pull off creating these floating Christmas Boxes!

Here’s what I did:

  1. Find something sturdy to hold the base. I remembered I had a balloon arch! I used the arch to create the base to hold the floating boxes in place.

    1. In the large box, I inserted the balloon arch in the middle of the box, then enclosed the arch within the box.

    1. Once I decided on the boxes I was going to use, I planned out how I wanted to stack the boxes.

  3. Things to decor boxes with. To decorate the boxes I used gift wrapping paper, gift tags, and bows.

    1. I wrapped all the boxes with wrapping paper and put to the side, I didn’t add the gift tags or bows until I secured the boxes to the balloon arch.

  5. Lighting. I knew I wanted my boxes to light up at night so, I added Christmas lights to balloon arch.

    1. After the boxes were secured, I added the Christmas lights to the balloon arch! Slid the box to where I wanted it, plugged in the lights and voila!

These floating Christmas boxes was just the big decor statement I needed for this holiday season!

Let me know if you try it!
