This is a story of a young lady who wore I-tip extensions. When she first came to me for this service, she was pretty responsible with her hair. As she continued to wear the extensions I noticed her hair was breaking. What I learned during her I-tip wear journey, she had a bad hair habit of twirling her hair around.
Her hair habit eventually caused her hair to break off where the extensions in her natural hair was connected. This type of hair habit is not suited for a strand install method. When caring for your hair and wanting to see results, it’s important to dive into what is happening outside the salon.
Fast forward, we switched her into wearing a traditional sew-in and her hair begin the thrive again.
